Are private City-states running the clandestine operations of slave and children trafficking? Do they (the City-States) own a 'private army' of Pirates,
Hussars/Khazars/Corsaires/Corsari/etc.. that protect them from being intecepted by local authorities? Or charged with piracy by local law courts?
Private City-States of Europe, who run the slave traffic operations? These 'dual' nationals, (who are not legally bound to obey the Law of their 'host' Nation because are bound by the Jewish Law (Talmud?) of their privately owned 'City-state'. Their Jewish law (possibly called 'International Law'), allows them to keep slaves, make blood sacrifice, and many other abominations). Are these people 'the enemy within'?
Are off-shore banking Islands like Jersey and Guernsey, Isle of Man, Caymen Islands, Virgin Islands, Vanuatu, in reality safe-havens for Pirates trafficking in children?
Has a City-State been set up in every Nation to allow the Jews to operate outside the law with no fear of arrests no matter what they do?
1. Who could have had the power to set up these City-States?
2. Who gives them the (legal) right to fly the skull and cross-bones flag?
The answer to these two questions would surely lead to the person or persons responsible for this situation.

Divine Wind in Japanese I believe is 'kamikazi'
Seems not an unfair possibility, I remember the young girls transported by air courtesy of Jeffrey Epstein, billionaire pedo, on etime friend of Prince Andrew and Ghislaine Maxwell.
Israel apparently has no anti-slavery laws - perhaps this is why it takes the lead in human-trafficking

Thats interesting. I have looked it up and found the following:

Japanese pilots also had that name. 'Kamikazi pilots'.
The Japanese fishermen are having a lot of trouble with these 'Sea Shepherds' who have been attacking their boats while they are fishing whales in International waters. They call these people 'terrorists' and they certainly have a point.
